Type IVDXR double flanged range of Butterfly valves are double eccentric disc design, Which practically eliminates any seat wear. The fully replaceable seat fitted periphery on the disc is field replaceable and is capable of achieving bi-directional sealing.
IVDXR is available either in Cast or fully fabricated design. The face to face dimensions can be either as per BS (Series BC & BF) or as per AWWA (Series AC & AF).Complies with the requirements of ATEX 94 / 9 / EC

The double offset disc design ensures minimal seat wear and provides excellent throttling capabilities.
Adjustable mechanical stopper provided on valve body ensures precise closing of the disc without over/under travel.
Both drive end and non drive end shafts are fully blowout proof and guided by self lubricated bush bearings.
Axial thrust bearing provided on valve ensures precise positioning of the disc and prevents unequal loading of the valve seat, it also enables installation of valve in any orientation of required.
Special Shaft sealing arrangement ensures zero fugitive emission and enables field replacement of shaft sealing elements.
The seat provided on the disc is fully field replaceable and ensures optimum seating/reseating torque.
A choice of seat materials makes the valve suitable for gas or liquid service with a host of applications.
